Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for most B2C and consumer-facing B2B, LinkedIn for higher-ticket B2B and professional services, TikTok for younger demographics and certain consumer categories. We avoid platforms where your customers are not — the right channel mix is whichever delivers the result, not the trendiest.
How is paid social different from PPC?

Paid social interrupts — you reach people who are not actively searching for what you sell. That makes it slower to convert than PPC but cheaper to build awareness and brand. Best results come from running both: paid social to build the audience, PPC to capture the demand once they start searching.
Do you create the ad creative or do I need to?

What about iOS privacy and ad tracking?

We use the Conversion API (Meta) and equivalent server-side conversion tracking on other platforms. That restores about 60-80% of the signal lost to iOS privacy changes. We also rely more on creative testing than on hyper-precise audience targeting — partly because that works better in the new privacy reality.
How do you report on paid social?

Monthly reports cover spend, impressions, click-throughs, conversions, cost per qualified lead, and return on ad spend. We tie back to revenue or qualified-lead targets, not just clicks. A strategy review call each month sets the next month's priorities.
