Ian oversees delivery across the agency's portfolio. He owns prioritisation, quality and the day-to-day operational rhythm that turns brief into shipped work. The legal sector multi-office client Symes Bains Broomer (ongoing since 2024) sits in his portfolio, as does Red Tower Storage (backend integration work, ongoing since 2024).
Ian's role is the unglamorous one. removing blockers, holding scope, making sure the team is delivering the thing the client actually needs and not the thing that sounded good in the kickoff. He sits across every active account, which means clients get a single accountable owner regardless of which specialist is doing the day-to-day work.
