No. We produce all content from scratch, including original graphics and short-form video. Where we do need real-world photography (your team, your premises, your products) we will either use anything you can supply or organise a one-off shoot. Most clients send us a folder of brand assets in the first week and never have to think about it again.
We can run on a full approval workflow (you sign off every post before it goes live) or on a trust-based workflow (we publish, you review monthly). Most clients start with full approval and move to trust-based after a couple of months. The choice is yours.
Most businesses are over-stretched across too many channels and under-investing in any of them. We will recommend the two or three channels where your specific audience actually spends time and where your content type performs best. Yes. We require a three-month minimum because social media work needs time to compound. After that, the retainer is rolling monthly with 30 days notice to cancel. No long contracts, no automatic renewals you have to fight to escape.
